To bring it all together, we have included a signed copy of the fantastic ‘How To Make Sourdough’, by Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, former Head Baker at Judges and current teacher at The School Of Artisan Food. This book contains over 40 easy to follow sourdough recipes, accompanied by some truly beautiful photography.
